<- Cam speaking at a conference

"I cannot recommend The Worry Workshop highly enough.  Everyone should have access to it! I'm convinced it can only have a positive impact on the mental health and wellbeing of all who attend it."

"The workshop offered insight, valuable tools for managing and understanding worry and was really well structured. Cam was a delight -  highly knowledgeable, charismatic and personable. I have come away with insights and tools that I have incorporated into my daily life - and feel I can finally get my worry under control."

"The workshop was so useful for us as a team - it was thoughtfully put together and considerate to the needs of our organisation and the participants who attended. Cam was an engaging and knowledgeable trainer who communicated original academic research in a way that wasn't riddled with jargon, and didn't forget the human impact of that research. The workshop was beautifully infused with lived experience and action points that were useful for both clinical practice and personal self-care. I learned so much, thanks for such an interesting workshop."
