Free Resources
Anyone should be able to access resources to assist with their mental health.
With that in mind, I will be uploading some free resources to this page, including guided meditations that I have developed.
These meditations are one of the many coping strategies that can be used in healthy emotional regulation and worry management. They all have a specific goal in mind, whether that's to foster motivation, or to ground you in the present moment, and will be available shortly for use.
